I want to thank you and your staff for the excellent job that ACCI Cable did for Omnicare. There were a lot of factors that made this “not your run of the mill cabling job”, a few of which were, that we had you re-rout existing cables and re-terminate, installing new drops, plus working around the contractor and delays caused by the contractor, all of this while keeping us in business. Ted did an excellent job of scheduling; whenever he ran into an obstacle, he managed it and went on. The site director commented on the work ethic of both Ted and Jerry, what a good job that they did and how well they worked as a team. This was a very fluid project and both Ted and Jerry were flexible working with us. We merged our two pharmacies in stages and on a couple of days Ted determined it was necessary to add a third person to the job as to meet our requirements. The professionalism and courtesy of your crew was mentioned more than once. Last but not least, you did a great job on estimating the cost of the job; ACCI was right on target of the projected estimate.

Man, you guys did a super-fantastic job at Bellamy! You performed your scope and more, even motivating my other subs to push! The reality is that there were a lot of first time work relationships happening here with yourselves, myself, Rauland and Ajax! And your firm was DEFINITELY a huge part of things turning out successfully, and I thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for the work that was recently completed by your company and specifically your technician Larry. Larry had a good sense of when to seek clarification and did a great job getting the work done in a timely and professional manner. I had the pleasure of working with two of your technicians during the last week while our new camera system was installed. Your technicians Mike and Zach were the most professional, conscientious, and polite individuals that I have had the pleasure working with in my last 35 years in business. I reviewed the wiring and it looked great. Also, asked the customer their perspective on how it went, professionalism, (etc) and all had good words! One lady even commented “they even cleaned up after themselves – wish I could get my husband to do that!"

Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with your service. Your company responded promptly and had us back up and running in a couple of hours. Being our first time calling and working us in on the same day was awesome. The guys you sent out did a great job and made sure our fiber connection was working before they left. Over the past year, Gerdau has gone through its first major office renovation since moving into this building in 2005. Part of this renovation also involved consolidating 4 floors down to 2. As you can imagine, things have been chaotic around the office. With that said, I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge and recommend Ryan Patterson for the outstanding work he’s done here throughout the entire project. I directly supervised his work and was very impressed with how he not only got the job done, but how he went about doing so. Communication, promptness, dependability, knowledgeable, awareness, professionalism, all qualities he possessed and utilized while here. Having numerous vendors here at once, Ryan’s work ethic allowed me to place my focus elsewhere, trusting his work would be done correctly and efficiently, as it was done time and time again.
