Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson has been with ACCI for over 15 years, growing alongside the company and helping shape it into what it is today. He began his journey as a technician, learning the nuts and bolts of the trade firsthand before moving into sales, where he discovered a knack for connecting with customers and solving problems creatively. His curiosity and drive eventually led him into management—first as a Project Manager and now as ACCI’s Service Manager, where he oversees operations, ensures client satisfaction, and keeps the wheels turning smoothly (and occasionally, chaotically—but that’s part of the charm).

Based in Tampa, Jason approaches leadership with equal parts humor, honesty, and hands-on experience. He believes that good management starts with understanding what it’s like to do the work yourself—and never asking anyone to do something you wouldn’t. Whether he’s coordinating a complex service schedule or stepping in to lend a hand on-site, Jason’s goal is simple: keep things running efficiently while making sure the team feels supported (and maybe gets a laugh or two along the way).

When he’s not wearing the many hats that come with service management, Jason’s full-time focus is on his favorite “project”—his family. He jokes that his only hobby is “making our family better in every possible way than how I was raised,” and he approaches that goal with the same mix of dedication and humor he brings to his work. For Jason, success isn’t just measured in completed projects or happy clients—it’s in building something lasting, both at ACCI and at home.
