Located in Houston’s vibrant Museum District, this new 33-story residential high-rise is designed to foster community through expansive shared amenities and thoughtfully designed private living spaces. The 738,451-square-foot tower features 433 parking spaces across levels 2 through 11, amenities on floors 12 through 14, and residential units occupying floors 15 through 33.

At ground level, residents and guests are welcomed by retail space and a modern lobby that ties the building into the surrounding neighborhood. Amenity levels boast a wide range of offerings, including co-working offices and conference rooms, a gym and yoga studio, a photo and film studio, a podcast studio, an artist-in-residence space, a full bar and restaurant, an event lounge, a pool deck, and knock-down stages for live entertainment and community events.

 

Scope of Work

ACCI was selected to deliver a full low-voltage infrastructure package for this large-scale, out-of-state project. Through strategic partnerships and experienced on-site management, ACCI provided comprehensive structured cabling and security solutions to meet the complex demands of this mixed-use development.

Strategic Partnerships

This project showcased ACCI’s ability to leverage national partnerships to expand operations beyond Florida. By collaborating with LVC, ACCI secured and executed this high-profile contract in Texas—outperforming local competitors who could not match the nationwide capabilities and resources ACCI offered.

Additional contributions from trusted partners, including Vertical Cable (category cabling and connectivity hardware) and Accu-Tech (technical assistance and equipment support), ensured reliability, performance, and adherence to project specifications.

Challenges & Solutions

Executing a project of this scale—particularly out of state—requires precise coordination, adaptability, and a dependable on-site team.

 

Key Challenges and Solutions:

  • Coordination & Logistics: Out-of-state mobilization presented scheduling and resource challenges. ACCI’s experienced project managers mitigated these by maintaining clear and constant communication to the on-site team and fostering proactive communication with general and electrical contractors.
  • Remobilization & Site Adjustments: When unforeseen site conditions required remobilization, ACCI’s adaptable team was able to quickly reallocate manpower and resources to stay on schedule.
  • Team Consistency & Expertise: Maintaining a core team of skilled technicians year-round provided stability and efficiency. Familiarity with the project’s design and scope minimized rework and communication issues that typically challenge remote deployments.
