USF Campus Structured Cabling and Technology Support

The University of South Florida (USF) is a premier public research university and a member of the Association of American Universities (AAU), serving nearly 50,000 students and employing more than 16,000 faculty and staff across three campuses: Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota–Manatee. The main Tampa campus—covering 1,560 acres and 240 buildings—houses the university’s academic, research, and administrative core, and is the primary location supported by ACCI. Since 2012, Advanced Cable Connection, Inc. (ACCI) has served as a trusted structured cabling and technology infrastructure partner to USF, providing Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) services, large-scale structured cabling installations, and turnkey construction support for new and renovated campus buildings. ACCI currently maintains two full-time technicians and one dedicated account manager assigned exclusively to the university, delivering daily support and continuity for network operations, project coordination, and rapid response service.
